1% platform fee on all orders, collected when the order is settled.

Platform fee is reduced to .3% if the user is holding 50k $OTSEA or more, on EVM chains only.

All platform fees are used to buy and burn $OTSEA.

4/4 tax. The tax can only be lowered. Tax is also on transfers.

2% treasury/marketing/operations
